Health Insurance—Two deductible levels offered. Family coverage available. First of the month following 60 days.   X

Paid Vacation Time—Paid vacation time accrues at the rate of 10 days per year (based on a 40 hour work week) for full-time team members with up to three years of tenure, and increases with continued service to the company. Part-time team members working at least 50 hours in a pay period will earn at half the full-time rate. Eligible to use after 90 days of employment. X  
Paid Sick Time Off—Full-time Benefitted only. Accrue based on hours worked. Accrual rate increases with years of service. Eligible to use after 90 days of employment.   X
