Our Culture, the foundation of our success!
We train our team members to have fun. From day one, we urge our team members to embrace the day! Opportunities that expand beyond basic care become the norm. Our company endorses the FISH! Philosophy© and teaches the four basic principles: Be There, Play, Make Their Day, and Choose Your Attitude. This creates a positive environment where life is made richer for those we support and their team members. In some jobs, time seems to drag on, but not at CCRI.
Our guiding principles shape the way we provide services and form the basis for day-to-day operation—everything from evaluations to budgeting is based on being Person-Centered, Team-Oriented, and Professional.
Why is culture so important? Because the people we support deserve the very best! From camps to adaptive leagues, our culture fosters an environment focused on opportunities rather than disability—we take that very seriously.
CCRI, Inc. named 2017 StarTribune Top 150 Workplace (third year in a row)
The Star Tribune published "Top Workplaces 2017"—a list of the best places to work in Minnesota. We are delighted to let you know that CCRI once again received the special recognition of being named a Top 150 Company—a ranking that places us among the best of the best.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey. More than 1,555 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and more than 73,870 employees shared their views. We are honored to be included in this list—especially since the judges were our team members!
"It's always fabulous to win an award," says Shannon Bock, Executive Director, CCRI, Inc. "Being named one of the Top Places to work in the state is especially rewarding because it is based on feedback from our team members—the people that know us best."
CCRI is proud to be a three-time winner of this prestigious award.
CCRI is also a two-time winner of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce ChamberChoice Not-for-Profit of the Year.
